Life is a journey filled with various transitions and changes which can trigger feelings of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future.  I am here to listen to your story and support you as you navigate life.  I will support you by providing you with the tools you need to be the best version of yourself. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and working at a pace that is right for you. I incorporate mindfulness and creative techniques during sessions in an effort to provide an inviting atmosphere and work towards your goals.  I pull from various theoretical approaches including Solution Focused and CBT.
